What’s your return policy?
June Adaptive is happy to offer free returns within 30 days!
We know that buying clothing online can make it hard to determine fit, comfort, and functionality.
If your first purchase doesn’t feel right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. We will provide a free shipping label on request for returns within the US or Canada.
We stand by the products we sell, and our ultimate goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. We want to be fair to our customers, and we believe that they will treat us the same way. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund:
- Outbound shipping fees, as they are paid to our logistic partners.
- Items that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged.
- Underwear, for hygienic reasons. We will specify if an item is not returnable on our product pages.
To complete your return:
- Items must be in resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached)
- Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We can also help look it up if you’ve lost your receipt!
- Please label the box with your Return Authorization Number. This will be provided to you once you have contacted our team!
How do I request a refund?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your order! Please reach out to us through our contact us page or at email@example.com to start your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and easy return instructions. All returns require a return authorization number in order to be accepted.
Please allow 2-4 weeks processing time once return merchandise has been received. Once our team inspects the returned items and accepts the return, we will refund your order to original form of payment. Orders sent as a gift may only be refunded as store credit.

Order cancellations are time sensitive and not always possible once they has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help.
